Natalie has written a few posts on some pretty amazing roses in the Ringo® series. There’s Ringo All-Star™, Ringo® Double Pink Rose, and Rise Up® Ringo®. Today I want to talk a little bit about the original Ringo® Rose.

Fun and Flashy
Ringo® Rose has won a number of awards, including the 2023 American Rose Society Award of Excellence.
Ringo® rose has good disease resistance and also reblooms through the season (deadheading isn’t required to bloom continuously), so you can enjoy its vibrant blooms from summer to frost. The bright yellow flowers with brilliant red centers will mellow to cream with a hot pink eye; you’ll often see several different shades of bloom on the plant at the same time. This is a fun little plant with lots of garden appeal.
Ringo® Rosa, it’s also just fun to say!
It is hardy to USDA Zone 4 and grows 3-4′ tall and wide. Like other roses, it will do best in full sun.
The British (Rose) Invasion.
Many of our beautiful roses come from the efforts of British rose breeders.
Ringo® is the work of Chris Warner, who has also developed a number of our roses:
- Oso Easy® Urban Legend®
- Oso Easy® Mango Salsa
- Oso Easy Lemon Zest®
- Oso Easy® Italian Ice®
- Rise Up® Ringo®
- Rise Up Lilac Days®
- Rise Up Amberness®

- Suñorita®

I hope you have a wonderful weekend, and I will be back next week with another shrub!
